Media briefings with attendees and sponsors can be held at the Vitrine restaurant from 3:00PM to 7:00PM on both Thursday September 6th and Friday September 7th. Soft drinks and snacks will be served for free, and other beverages can be purchased at the cash bar. Due to limited space availability at the hotel, the Vitrine restaurant will serve as press room.
