Calendar during event

Is there a preferred application or method for sharing my event-specific calendar with attendees? I'd like to simplify real time meeting requests. FYI, I will not be using an iPhone before/during the event. Have a Mac, OS X. Thanks!

Sorry, we will do most of this through the iPhone. Please borrow one if possible. The iPhone application will also run on your Mac though.
